HOLY TRINITY WINTER SPORTS AD PROGRAM
Dear Holy Trinity Catholic Middle School Parents,
As we move into the winter sports season, we are excited to present the families of winter sports student-athletes with a unique opportunity. The Holy Trinity Athletic Booster Club has entered into a joint venture with The South Charlotte Sports Report, a youth sports newspaper based in the South Charlotte area, to produce a sports newspaper for the Bulldogs winter sports teams. This program will include photos and rosters for each fall sports team, profile stories and other interesting articles on Holy Trinity Catholic Middle School.
I hope that you will review the enclosed information and consider placing an advertisement for your business or an announcement of support for your son or daughter in the program. With your support of this newspaper, we can raise much needed funds for the Holy Trinity Athletic Association. The Athletic Board is very excited about the production of this program and we eagerly await the production of the final product in early December.
The South Charlotte Sports Report has designed a wide range of exciting content for the program and I believe you will enjoy reading about the Bulldog teams and student-athletes. For those parents purchasing full page advertisements, a 250-300 word profile story on your child will appear in both the Holy Trinity Catholic Middle School Sports Newspaper and The South Charlotte Sports Report newspaper.
As an added bonus for this program, we are accepting stories written by Holy Trinity students to publish in the program. If your son or daughter would like to write a story about their team, please contact Tripp@southcharlottesports.com

Individual photos of all student-athletes in uniform will be taken by The South Charlotte
Sports Report as soon as uniforms are issued. These photos may be used in your advertisement.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: If ad is done by a graphic artist, please have them provide your ad in one of the following formats: high resolution PDF file, a 300DPI TIF or and EPS format. Original photos and black and white artwork scan the best. If you are giving us a photo on a CD, a JPG format works best for this. PLEASE DO NOT USE STAPLES. Photos will be returned.
